At this point, I'm about to throw all electronics in my hot tub and be done with them but instead, I checked (and double checked - and triple checked) the settings on my router through my browser, made sure I knew the SSID and the passphrase and reconnected to the network through my laptop. So I uninstalled on both computers, reinstalled, and STILL got the same message. This didn't work either and I received the same message on my desktop that I've gotten on my laptop. I reconnected it and got the same message over and over again so I decided to set it up on my desktop computer instead.
